Satay Peanut Sauce Recipe 

An incredible satay sauce formula to attempt !

Fixings:

1 1/2 cup dry broiled peanuts (unsalted)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar (palm sugar liked)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1 piled tamarind mash (absorbed 1/4 cup water for 15 minutes, press the tamarind mash for juice and dispose of the mash)

Flavor Paste:
6-8 dried red chilies (cultivated and absorbed warm water)
3 cloves garlic
3 shallots
2 lemon grass (white parts as it were)
1 inch ginger (galangal liked)
1 tablespoon coriander powder (discretionary)

Directions

 Pulverize the peanuts coursely with mortar and pestle or smaller than expected food processor and put away. Slash the zest glue fixings and mix until fine. Heat oil and sear the zest glue until sweet-smelling and smell zesty. Add the peanuts, tamarind juice, water, sugar, sweet soy sauce and mix completely.
Stew in low hotness while keep blending for around 3 minutes until the nut sauce turns smooth. The satay sauce formula is prepared to serve at room temperature with the satay....nice ! Cool ! Partake in the Satay Peanut Sauce Recipe !
